        Dr. Byler has been active in Christian ministry for more than four decades. Prior to entering the field of Church Consulting, he actively served in pastoral ministry for thirty-three years, pioneering new congregations and providing guidance to churches which were in the throes of upheaval and difficulty. He brings a unique perspective to the field, being able to spot troubled areas and provide strategic guidance to assist churches in achieving improved standards of growth and maturity.

     Every facet of church life and ministry is dependent on effective leadership. Discovering, developing, and deploying powerful leaders is the heart of an apostolically strong church. For the past forty-plus years, Dr. Byler has worked to establish and empower leaders.
