PERSONAL
MINISTRY
OBJECTIVES
Across more than four decades of ministry, I have
been privileged to present God's Good News to countless
men and women. I have served six different congregations as
a senior overseer, established two college level training centers, and traveled around the world equipping leaders and churches. This, to me, is both amazing and humbling. As a youth, I never imagined God would allow me such great privilege. Yet, He has, and he has also blessed me with a wealth of insight and understanding. Now, as I embrace my advancing years, my hope and desire is to impart these hard-won insights into the generations to follow.
For most of my life, I have sought to live by Matthew 6:33 "Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness." That remains my life's commitment, but in January of 2014, God instilled a fresh word from His word in me.

Many of the things we learned in our generation were a rediscovery of truth which had lain dormant for centuries. Today, we stand at the leading edge of a new millennium. Thus, we have the great opportunity of guiding the Church into the future with renewed passion and vigor. My hope is to release the insights and anointing God has allowed me to experience to a whole new generation. My desire is to leave behind everything, so that nothing we have won will be lost to those who follow. The following list of personal ministry objectives offers insight into what I know God has called me to be and do.

INTENTIONAL DISCIPLESHIP - Making disciples was Jesus' initial command to the first apostles. That mandate has not changed. Today, the responsibility of intentional discipleship is being elevated and reenergized as a primary objective of Christian experience.

CHRISTIAN EADERSHIP - Since being launched into leadership development, I have provided direction and guidance to many Christian leaders, pastors, and churches. The function of a Senior Christian leader is not significantly different from that of an apostle of the first and second centuries of Church history. We have better tools, easier travel, a longer history... but the challenges remain much the same.
-
WRITING - I have become increasingly involved in providing a written record of the insights and revelations God has allowed to be restored. As an author, I have recorded the redevelopment of apostolic structure as it is evolving in the 21st Century. I have done this by publishing my own manuscripts and as a ghost writer for other ministers. I have written for individuals who have been given significant insight and understanding as well. By the end of 2015, I will have written and published more than three dozen books and pamphlets on Christian leadership, the rise of an apostolic company,  and related subjects.

CHURCH CONSULTATION -  With more than thirty years of pastoral experience and fifteen years of leadership development, I am able to observe church infrastructure and determine what has been overlooked as a means of church stability and growth. This offers a powerful approach to helping a local church make mid-course corrections in accomplishing their purpose and fulfilling God's mission. It also helps churches take on a new sense of purpose.

SEMINARS & WORKSHOPS - As a conference speaker, I bring the insights of my years of training and experience to bear. Many of the people who attend these events go away with fresh challenges and understanding to assist them in moving forward in ministry.

O God, You have taught me from my youth;
And to this day I declare Your wondrous works.
Now also when I am old and grayheaded,
O God, do not forsake me,
Until I declare Your strength to this generation ,
Your power to everyone who is to come.
                                  Psalm 71:17-18 NKJV
